Terms of use
Last updated: 18 October 2026
These terms form the agreement between you and Peeep governing your use of Peeep at app.peeep.co.uk (the "Service"). Please read them carefully before signing up. By creating an account, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that your information will be handled as described in our privacy policy.
1. About us
Peeep ("Peeep", "we", "us" or "our") is a new service, currently in an early testing phase. You can contact us at peeepinfo@gmail.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you may only use Peeep with the permission of a parent or guardian, and we recommend that they read these terms with you. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to any paid plan on your behalf.
If you use Peeep through a business account, your employer may have its own policies governing your use of the Service at work.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account.
- If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify us promptly at peeepinfo@gmail.com.
- You must register with an email address at which you can receive email. We use it to confirm your account and to send you essential service messages.
4. Plans and prices
| Plan | Price | Features |
|---|---|---|
| Free | Free of charge | Up to 4 links on your board and up to 3 to-dos on your list at any one time |
| Peeep Personal | £2.99 per month, or £29.99 per year | Unlimited links and to-dos, logging of completed to-dos, and access to your to-do history |
| Peeep Business | £25 per month for up to 5 people, plus £4 per month for each additional person | Shared pages for your business and its teams, a staff list, and Peeep Personal for everyone on it |
We are not registered for VAT, and no VAT is charged.
We may change our prices. If we do, we will give you at least 30 days' notice before the new price applies to you, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
5. Payment, renewal and cancellation
- Payment. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each monthly or annual period until cancelled.
- Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your profile page ("Manage plan"). On cancellation, you will retain full access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be charged again. Except as set out below, we do not refund any period already paid for.
- Your right to cancel. If you are a consumer, you may cancel within 14 days of first purchasing a plan. If you have used the paid plan during that period, we may deduct an amount proportionate to your use. To exercise this right, please contact us at peeepinfo@gmail.com.
- Joining a business. If you subscribe to Peeep Personal and then join or create a business on Peeep Business, your Personal plan will be cancelled automatically, as the business plan covers you. The unused portion of your Personal plan will be refunded to your card.
- Account deletion. If you delete your account while subscribed to Peeep Personal, your plan will be cancelled immediately and will not be refunded.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails, Stripe will retry it for a short period. If payment still cannot be taken, your plan will end and your account will revert to the Free plan. Your links and to-dos will be retained, and any content exceeding the Free plan's limits will be restored if you subscribe again.
- Reverting to the Free plan. If your paid plan ends, any links beyond the first four will be hidden, not deleted.
6. Business accounts
This section applies to the person who sets up a business on Peeep (the "Administrator") and to the business on whose behalf they act.
- The Administrator manages the business's staff list, teams, shared pages and plan. There may be only one Administrator at a time. The Administrator may transfer the role to another member of staff who has an active account.
- Charges. The price is based on everyone on your staff list, including people who have not yet accepted an invitation, but excluding people you have removed. Adding or removing people changes your monthly price, calculated in proportion to the time remaining in the month.
- Staff information. The business is responsible for the information it adds about its staff, and for ensuring that it is entitled to add it. Peeep stores and displays that information on the business's behalf, as described in our privacy policy.
- Staff accounts. Everyone on your staff list has their own Peeep account, with their own links and to-dos, which you cannot see. While your plan is active, members may not delete their own accounts; they retain them for as long as your business remains on Peeep. If you remove a member, their account becomes an ordinary personal account, which they may keep or delete.
- Expiry of your plan. If your plan ends, your business's pages will be hidden until you renew. No information is deleted.
- Deleting your business. The Administrator may delete the business from their profile page. Its pages will be hidden immediately, and the business, its teams, staff list and shared links will be permanently deleted 30 days later. The Administrator may reverse the deletion at any time during those 30 days. Deletion stops your plan from renewing; the month already paid for is not refunded. Each member retains their own personal Peeep account, on the Free plan unless they subscribe to a paid plan.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Peeep for any unlawful purpose, or to link to unlawful or harmful material;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to other people's accounts or information;
- interfere with the operation of Peeep, place an excessive load on it, or attempt to circumvent its limits or security measures; or
- copy, sell or resell Peeep or any part of it.
We may suspend or close any account that breaches these terms. Unless the breach is serious, we will notify you first and give you an opportunity to remedy it.
8. Your content
You retain ownership of the links, to-dos and other content you add. You grant us permission to store that content and display it to you and, in the case of business pages, to the members of your business, so that the Service can operate. We do not use your content for any other purpose.
Links you save point to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content of those websites.
9. The Service
- Peeep, including its design and software, is owned by us.
- We take reasonable steps to keep Peeep available and your information secure, but we cannot guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted. We may need to suspend it temporarily for maintenance.
- We may change or improve Peeep. If we remove a significant feature from a paid plan, we will notify you in advance, and you may cancel.
- We may decide to discontinue Peeep. If we do, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and refund any period you have paid for but will be unable to use.
10. Our liability to you
- If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that failure.
- We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or, where you use Peeep for business purposes, for any business losses (such as loss of profits or loss of business opportunity).
- Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
11. Closing your account
You may delete your personal account at any time from your profile page. If your account belongs to a business, please see section 6. What happens to your information on deletion is explained in our privacy policy.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date shown at the top of this page, and if a change significantly affects you, we will notify you by email or within the app before it takes effect. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may stop using Peeep and cancel any paid plan.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your home jurisdiction.
